The Legacy of Medicine

The stakes could not be higher. Life in health, death, or the management of chronic conditions. As this nurse lays out a plan for clinicians to perceive beyond medicines’ collective limitations, it permits hope to medical consumers seeking a better way. Biomedical researchers help clinicians understand the multifactorial underlying causes of disease to protect their personal and professional judgment and preserve public trust.

All chapters narrow the gap between managing chronic and “age-related” conditions by revealing the mechanisms that target the energy of disease.

By assessing the efficacy of the research enterprise directing personal guidance and evidence-based care guidelines, patient advocacy is heightened. The assessment of persistent systematic medical challenges allows for the evolution of actionable solutions. Wisdom is shared through the prism of compelling research and the author’s personal and professional stories to address medical professionals’ and patients’ desire for disease prevention and healing.

Perceiving Wellness Beyond Limitations: A Higher Perspective on Healing Clinicians and the Healthcare Delivery System by Darnell Osburn RN, BSN, (Amazon) informs of the principles of clinical ethics that all health care professionals must honor. Violation of these obligations can constitute malfeasance. Clinicians must learn to protect themselves physically, emotionally, and lawfully within their work environments. Medical professionals can use the powerful processes within this text to catalyze decisions that fulfill the medical product’s vision, intention, and mission.

This Registered Nurse, Legal Nurse Consultant, and Reiki Master is an advocate for licensed practitioners and medical consumers. With each nursing role, her curiosity about nonconventional and ubiquitous medical systems continued to heighten. While working in the intensive care units, nursing homes, and as a nurse case manager, she attempted to assist patients seeking relief from the symptoms of their chronic disease, which their healthcare provider believed was unavailable. Many other events prompted a decade of in-depth biomedical research dovetailing with more current scientific investigations, which yielded common endpoints. These papers, identifying gaps in existing knowledge, expanded awareness of numerous valuable transparent biomedical research findings. This was the impetus for her book Perceiving Wellness beyond Limitations: A Higher Perspective on Healing CLinicians and the Healthcare Delivery System.
